Job summary

Wilco Gutter Supply in Indianapolis, IN is seeking box truck drivers to support our product delivery service. We’re a family-owned company and drivers build relationships with customers and their families.

The role requires a For-Hire Endorsement with a DOT physical, a clean driving record, and the ability to load and unload at the warehouse. Shifts run Monday through Friday, starting early at 4:00–6:00 AM, with 8–10 hour days and in-person work.

Qualifications

• For Hire Endorsement with DOT Physical Card required.
• Clean driving record and pass background check.
• Must be able to load/unload manually and communicate with customers.
• Ability to use GPS and follow safety/DOT regulations.
• Trucks are 24'–26' in size and routes run Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and DOT traffic laws while driving our vehicles.
• Keep a clean driving record and pass drug tests as required.
• Use GPS to navigate delivery routes and meet scheduled times.
• Hand load/unload products at delivery sites.
• Execute deliveries in various weather conditions.

Warehouse Driver

Wilco Gutter Supply, based in Indianapolis, IN is currently looking for box truck drivers to support their product delivery service. We’re the leading supplier of gutter products and tools in the region! We’re a family-owned company and drivers build relationships with our customers and get to know them, their spouses—even their pets as family. Proper For-Hire Endorsement license and a DOT physical are required. Runs are Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• For-Hire Endorsement license and DOT physical required
• Follow all safety and DOT traffic laws while driving our vehicles
• Pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record
• Must have good customer service skills. Communicating with co-workers and customers
• Runs originate from our warehouse beginning at 4:00-6:00 AM. Average 8-10 hour days
• Runs are Monday-Friday
• Ability to use GPS
• Requires hand loading and unloading
• Trucks are 24' - 26' in size
• Execute deliveries in a safe and timely manner in various weather conditions
• Pass a drug test. Wilco also does random drug screenings
