Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Omaha, NE is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate receiving, inspections, and improved warehouse practices, ensuring accountability among staff.

You will lead daily meetings, develop cross-training, drive a shift from pull to push materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with supply chain to balance workloads; shift is 6:30am–3:00pm with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse/receiving experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

• Develop cross training schedules so tasks are understood and covered.
• Lead project to transform from pull to push materials delivery.
• Document Non-Conforming Materials (NCMR).
• Maintain accuracy of inventory and investigate discrepancies.

• Monitor and resolve NO Bin and Negative Inventory.
• Collaborate on maximizing available storage space.
• Lead daily meeting and elevate issues or concerns.

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join the Omaha, NE site.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.50 - $25.00 per hour.

Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm

Position Overview

In the role you will help coordinate all warehouse work of receiving incoming material, perform appropriate inspections, improve warehouse practices and procedures, and drive accountability of other warehouse employees.

In This Function You Will

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Minimum of one (1) year’s experience in warehouse/receiving role
• Valid driving license required to operate company vehicles
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred

• Associate degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse/receiving role
• Prior leadership experience
• Experience with inventory processes and continuous improvement
