Job summary

Snelling Staffing DFW is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse floor operations in Mesquite with rotational shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) and weekend rotation. The role hands-on supervises staff, drives productivity, and enforces safety and accuracy in receiving, dock activities, and put-away processes.

Responsibilities include directing daily activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Snelling has immediate openings for Warehouse Leads on 1st and 3rd shift in Mesquite.

Shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotational schedule required to work every other weekend.

Pay$22-26hr

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor operations, ensuring efficient execution of receiving, dock activities, and put-away processes. This role provides direct supervision and hands‑on support to warehouse staff, driving productivity, safety, and accuracy. The Team Lead monitors workflow, assigns tasks, supports training initiatives, and ensures adherence to company policies and operational standards.
