The Warehouse Team Lead oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The candidate will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, work, and conduct themselves according to MNC’s mission statement and core values.
• Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations, which include, but are not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, put away, picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Follow, train, and lead by example of MNC safety policies and procedures.
• Leading by example ensures that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
• Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconciling discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
• Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.
• Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics on a weekly basis.
• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas.
• Direct, lead, and guide associates in 5S practices.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Organize warehouse space
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs by yourself and anything heavier 2-person lift

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, and conflict resolution
• Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods
• Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (or the equivalent) and inventory management software
• Able to operate forklift and cherry picker equipment
• Team Lead for 2 year minimum
• The employee must work Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Fully trained in Picking, Packing, Receiving, Putaway, and Inventory

Education and/or Experience:

• Proven track record of managing at least 10 warehouse employees
• Experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound operations of a fulfillment center
• Proven warehouse experience
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Team player with organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products if needed
• Preferred High school diploma
