Note to applicant: This position requires 24-hour availability, including the ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead customer service and manage daily department operations in our Distribution Centers.
2. Supervise employees responsible for receiving vendor products and selecting store orders safely and efficiently.
3. Coordinate daily production tasks, meet productivity standards, and maintain inventory accuracy.
4. Ensure compliance with cold chain and food safety standards to deliver high-quality products.
5. Identify operational improvements to reduce expenses, manage inventory, and increase efficiency.
6. Execute daily plans to meet delivery commitments and communicate progress to the team.
7. Help employees understand their duties, set expectations, and hold them accountable for performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Proficiency with computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distribution or warehousing.
