Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for our client in Athens, PA. This role leads daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment with excellent growth potential and a defined career path.

You will manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring ERP/WMS accuracy and coordinating material staging for production. The 3rd shift runs 10:00pm to 6:30am, and forklift duties are included to support a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience (beverage or food preferred).
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and RF Smart technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ensure accuracy in ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate material staging and support for production operations.
• Train and lead warehouse staff, including forklift and equipment procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space (GMP & 5S standards).
• Communicate with Inventory Specialists and Management to resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Assign tasks and evaluate team performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
