Nesco Resource is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Ohio to maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse duties. The role combines inventory control, order processing, computer work, customer communication, and problem-solving.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 9:00 AM–5:30 PM hours and the potential for full-time advancement after training, in a professional warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inventory control, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare shipping and receiving documents accurately and on time.
• Review and process inventory transactions including movements and deletions in the ERP system.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate differences.
• Identify and report stock and inventory issues to management.
• Greet and direct drivers and visitors professionally.
• Assist with purchase orders and product labeling as needed.
• Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to help maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse operations. The position combines inventory control, order processing, computer work, customer communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare shipping and receiving documents accurately and on time.
• Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and courteously.
• Review and process inventory transactions, including inventory movements and deletions in the ERP system.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate inventory differences.
• Identify and report stock and inventory issues to management.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and determining appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on corrections and adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
• Assist with inventory management procedures and processes.
• Greet and direct drivers and visitors professionally.
• Assist with purchase orders and product labeling as needed.
• Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
