Job summary

Keter is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader to guide a team from 7:00pm to 7:00am. You will coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining strict inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with logistics and customer service to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment. Requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years in warehouse operations, plus forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Coordinate and prioritize warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely handling of goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Locate and load product on truck, inspecting, labeling and reworking product as it is being loaded on trailers.
• Ensure that all orders are shipped accurately and safely.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and perform regular stock checks.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Enforce safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide feedback to team members and offer solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily activity logs, inventory reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements
