Job summary

Vertiv in Greenville, SC is seeking a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in operating a manufacturing area, focusing on people, relieving bottlenecks, filling positions, and enabling Lean Manufacturing processes. You will learn all positions and support coverage as needed to keep lines moving.

In this role you will identify shortages, work with Supervisors, Engineers and Managers, and help direct workflow across shifts, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a dynamic plant

Qualifications

Job Overview

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High‑school graduate or GED with minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years of experience in a related manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous lead position experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Lift 50–100 lbs with assistance.
• Operate hand, pneumatic, hydraulic, brazing, wiring tools and forklifts.
• Direct the flow of others, foster teamwork, resolve conflict.
• Work long hours and various shifts as needed.
• Use material tracking systems.

Environmental Conditions

• Work in temperatures occasionally above 100°F or below 32°F.

Travel

• May require up to 10% travel depending on product line needs.
