Job summary

Vertiv in Anderson, SC is seeking a Team Coordinator to support production flow by relieving bottlenecks and coordinating shift coverage. This role works under the Supervisor to ensure continuous production and improve efficiency across the department.

You will learn all positions, identify part/resource shortages, and communicate needs with Supervisors, Engineers, and Managers to drive timely solutions and Lean implementation. Willingness to work extended hours and travel 10% may be required.

May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.

• Previous lead position experience.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Able to lift between 50 and 100 pounds assisted.
• able to learn to work with all hand tools required of all positions within the area, including general work tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools, brazing and wiring tools and equipment, forklifts, etc.
• Able to effectively direct the flow of others.
• Able to foster teamwork and resolve conflict.
• Able to work long hours and a variety shits as needed.
• Able to learn and utilize materials tracking system.

ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• Ability to work in an environment with temperatures occasionally above 100 degrees or below 32 degrees.

Time Travel Required

• 10% May need to travel when appropriate depending on product line needs.
