SLMCON is a global supply chain consultancy seeking a System Architect to define end-to-end warehouse management solutions and their integrations. You will guide design decisions and provide technical leadership through implementations and adoption of WMS solutions.

The role requires deep warehouse knowledge, strong architecture skills, and collaboration with business and technology leaders to maintain architectural integrity across complex client programs.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in systems analysis or architecture within supply chain technology.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management processes across receiving, put-away, inventory, picking and shipping.
• Experience with WMS such as Blue Yonder is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics and WMS integrations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, including integration, data patterns, security, and scalability.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, JSON, XML; scripting with PowerShell or Power Automate.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, EDI, messaging, and batch patterns.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery and architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders to clarify needs and align on decisions.
• Define integration architecture, data ownership, error handling, observability, and security across WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS, and related systems.
• Own architecture and high-level design of WMS solutions including inventory tracking, receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and automation.
• Provide technical direction to analysts, developers, vendors, and integration teams; review detailed designs and resolutions.
