Job summary

SouthernCarlson in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Support team member for a Monday–Friday day shift. You will enjoy hands-on work, stay organized, and be part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, staging products, and assisting with cycle counts. A strong work ethic and ability to lift 50–75 lbs are essential. Forklift training is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training available.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, and stage products
• Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Help with delivery prep and customer order staging
• Assist with cycle counts, bin maintenance and other inventory projects
