Job summary

SouthernCarlson, Inc. in Miami, FL is hiring for a Warehouse Support role on a full-time, day-shift basis (Monday–Friday). You will receive, stock, pick, and stage products, assist with loading/unloading trucks, and contribute to inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We seek candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Forklift experience is a plus and training is available. A high school diploma or GED is required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available).
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, and stage products.
• Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Help with delivery prep and customer order staging.
