Warehouse Support - Full-Time (Produce Clerk)

Position Overview: The Produce Picker works in the Wooster Warehouse produce cooler. Responsibilities include pulling, palletizing, and loading produce for shipment to stores in a safe, lawful, and responsible manner. The role requires working a Sunday rotation in the produce cooler, fulfilling store orders, unloading inbound freight, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull store orders and prepare outbound shipments
• Unload inbound freight and process back, rush, and stock orders
• Rotate stock and freight, conduct inventory, and report shortages or damages
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, taking out trash, and operating equipment like scrubbers
• Assist other warehouse departments as needed

Physical and Legal Requirements:

• Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, following instructions
• Basic to intermediate math skills
• Repetitive lifting up to 50#, occasional lifting to 70#

Work Schedule:

• Non-exempt hourly position, 35+ hours/week
• Typically M-F, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm (or until work is completed)
