Job summary

System One’s client in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate for an onsite contract role. You will handle order assembly, inventory management in the Warehouse Management System, and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The role requires the ability to lift 55 lbs frequently, operate pallet jacks and lifts, and deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Support Associate
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Type: Contract
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM, M-Th, three 10-hour days and one 8-hour day (37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently execute customer Order Assembly requests - weighing, labeling, packaging, and delivering
• Accurately manage ingredient inventory via onsite Warehouse Management System in collaboration with Raw Material Coordinators and Warehouse team
• Develop ingredient expertise that enables quick troubleshooting and safe, efficient execution of order fulfillment
• Maintain organization of Order Assembly workspace via safe use of carts, pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks & lifts
• Provide outstanding internal and external customer service

Requirements

• Must be capable of performing well with limited supervision, both individually and in a team environment

• Able to lift and manipulate 55 lbs safely and frequently over an 8-hour period

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous "food manufacturing" experience is strongly preferred
• Previous Warehouse Management System experience and inventory management experience strongly preferred
• Previous powered pallet jack experience is preferred; ability to gain certification in role is required
• Previous Continuous Improvement experience is strongly preferred
