Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring Temporary Full Time Warehouse Associates in Hazelwood, Missouri.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $18.13 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour for second shift
• Schedules: Second Shift 1:00 pm - 11:30 pm or 2:00 pm - 12:30 am
• Work Schedule: 4 x 10 hour days, Monday to Friday, with rotating days off

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least six months of warehouse experience required; one year preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and perform basic maintenance
• Certification in powered industrial trucks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and do basic math in English
• Data entry skills for WMS systems
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Package, assemble, load, and unload orders and materials
• Ensure accuracy in scanning and documentation
• Assist in training and safety procedures
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned
