Job summary

The Addison Group has partnered with a growing organization to fill a Warehouse Support Associate role in Arlington Heights, IL. This position focuses on inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and accuracy within warehouse operations.

You will use barcode/QR systems, pull and prepare orders, participate in cycle counting, inspect shipments, and support with ERP software and MS Office. A forklift may be required upon permanent hire, and overtime is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience including inventory, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with barcode/QR code inventory systems and cycle counting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate MS Excel/Office skills; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, stock, and organize inventory using barcode/QR systems.

• Support cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damages.

• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient warehouse practices.

Job Description

The Warehouse Support Associate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing inventory, supporting shipping and receiving functions, and maintaining accuracy within warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
