Job summary

Norfolk Iron in Durant, IA is seeking a production associate to operate forklifts and overhead cranes, and to load and unload materials from trucks and rail cars while following safety guidelines.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage with a monthly production bonus, two weeks PTO in the first year, and a comprehensive benefits package including 100% of the employee health premium, PTO from day one, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; training provided for crane operation.
• Crane certification preferred but not required (training available).
