We Pack Logistics in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role requires hands-on leadership and experience in warehousing or logistics, with a focus on meeting targets and maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assigns receiving, storage, packaging, and shipping tasks to warehouse staff.
• Ensures forklift operators perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Reports repair needs to the warehouse manager.
• Trains new employees for assigned tasks.
• Ensures productivity, safety, and attendance targets are met.
• Recommend staffing changes to achieve production goals.

What Youll Do

• Assigns receiving storage packaging support and shipping tasks to assigned warehouse personnel
• Ensures forklift operators and other personnel perform operator maintenance on assigned equipment
• Reports equipment and facility repair needs to the warehouse manager
• Trains new employees to perform assigned tasks
• Ensures personnel meet productivity safety and attendance targets
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve productions goals
