Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Supervisor at our Johnstown, NY site to lead daily warehouse operations and drive safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

You will manage a small team, coordinate resources, and mentor staff while upholding our safety standards. Forklift operation training provided; bilingual Spanish a plus; production goals and quality standards are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset; forklift operation training provided; ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Spanish-speaking a plus.
