Job summary

Imperial Brady in Racine, WI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager and lead the warehouse team in efficient operations aligned with company standards.

The role requires planning daily activities, forecasting demand, maintaining safe conditions, and driving improvements while coaching staff. Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with flexibility to finish daily work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager and supervising the warehouse team members to ensure that all functions are performed efficiently within the company and distribution center standards.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You will:

• A working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and engagement skills
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
