Job Summary

Summary:

Collaborates with warehouse associates to prepare and move merchandise in accordance with established safety, performance, and accuracy standards. Maintains and verifies documentation to support the efficient flow of merchandise through the distribution center. Individual performance has a direct impact on safety, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Performs assigned warehouse functions and procedures as directed by Warehouse Management.

+ Receives, unloads, moves, and loads merchandise.

+ Verifies item counts upon receipt; identifies and reports any discrepancies or damages.

+ Delivers items to designated locations and obtains signatures to confirm delivery and receipt.

+ Stores inventory in an organized manner to prevent spills or spoilage; rotates stock as scheduled.

+ Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; promptly reports hazardous or unsafe conditions.

+ Oversees inventory control, including planning future stock needs, adjusting par levels, reviewing stock orders, managing obsolete inventory, and scheduling dock deliveries.

+ Performs additional duties as assigned.

+ Must possess a valid driver’s license.
