Job summary

The incumbent will manage resources, ensure policy adherence, and drive continuous improvement while developing employees’ skills through coaching and targeted training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed, in compliance with all requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Ensures orientation and training for all employees with regular evaluations and coaching.
