Job Responsibilities

1. Compensation (Range): $30-33/hour
2. Oversee warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness objectives.
3. Support and counsel hourly employees regarding their needs and concerns.
4. Address performance issues by recognizing positives and discouraging negatives.
5. Utilize Quality Network problem-solving processes to identify opportunities and engage the workforce.
6. Implement Workplace Organization (WPO) to improve layouts and efficiency.
7. Update daily Timekeeping System (TKS) to ensure payroll accuracy.
8. Document problem-solving activities using A-3 reporting format, following local guidelines.
9. Conduct daily meetings to communicate performance and facilitate two-way discussions.
10. Perform weekly safety observation tours and document findings.
11. Plan daily workloads proactively.
12. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize shift performance.
13. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements (National and Local).
14. Enforce Shop Rules.
15. Perform daily SOP audits.
16. Develop skills through the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process.
17. Keep the General Supervisor Shop Committee informed of ongoing activities.
