ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse associates and beneficiaries to achieve operational efficiency and meet production goals.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide accurate reviews, and set clear, attainable goals.
• Take overall responsibility for production department performance and lead by example.
• Ensure merchandise is priced according to policy.
• Maintain quality control for all materials destined for stores.
• Secure and oversee the collection of jewelry and high-ticket items.
• Adhere to policies prohibiting merchandise theft, lending, or shopping, and ensure merchandise is not stored or sent with purchase intent.
• Ensure safe, proper use, and maintenance of warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety protocols established by ARC policy and regulations.
• Overtime requires prior written approval from a supervisor, with initials on the timecard.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Leadership, motivation, and mentorship skills for warehouse teams and beneficiaries.
• Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to assess the quality of donated items.
• Flexibility to supervise and work across various production units.
• Proven success in achieving production goals.
• Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
• Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects like carts, merchandise, and fixtures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion tasks are required.
