Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Elgin, IL, to oversee receiving, processing, and distribution while driving safety and performance. You will lead a team, ensure accurate records, and report to the Branch Operations Manager in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with SAP / ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with math, computers, and typing.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accurately reading and writing measurements, including fractions.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience, maintaining accurate operational records.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and PPE, upholding health, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees; manage performance through feedback and development.
• Achieve performance goals through space utilization, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimization.

What You’ll Get to Do

The Warehouse Supervisor is focused on overseeing warehouse operations, leading and developing team members, driving safety and performance. This leader will ensures efficient receiving, processing, and distribution activities that support exceptional customer experience and reports to the Branch Operations Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who is customer focused, safety oriented, and drives continuous improvement. Job responsibilities include

Position Pay Range: $61,000 USD - $76,000 USD
