Job summary

Riverside Logistics in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in our roll clamp operations. You will support the Warehouse Manager by analyzing workloads, scheduling, and billing activities, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer standards.

Responsibilities include daily communication with management and customers, maintaining high work quality, and enforcing safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in a warehouse operations leadership position (Team Leader) required.
• Two to four years’ experience utilizing an electronic WMS system required.
• Three to five years’ experience operating material handling equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks)
• Obtain a Riverside Logistics certification for lift truck operations within 30 days of placement; OHSA standards
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates performing warehouse functions.
• Oversee roll clamp operations.
• Analyze workloads to determine work schedules and billing activities.
• Communicate daily with management, peers, team members, and external customers.
• Ensure accuracy, work quality, and adherence to standards/requirements
