Job summary

Riverside Logistics Services seeks a Warehouse Supervisors to lead a team, oversee roll clamp operations, and support scheduling and billing activities. You will communicate daily with management, peers, and customers to ensure accuracy and quality aligns with customer standards.

The role requires WMS experience, forklift operation, and strong verbal and written communication skills. An OHSA-certified lift truck operator within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a warehouse operations leadership position.
• 2–4 years’ experience using an electronic WMS system.
• 3–5 years’ experience operating material handling equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks).
• Riverside Logistics certification for lift truck operations within 30 days of placement; OHSA standards.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to move or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates performing warehouse functions and oversee roll clamp operations.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in workload analysis to determine work schedules and billing activities.
• Communicate daily with management, peers, assigned team members and external customers.
• Ensure accuracy, work quality, and adherence to standards/requirements.
