Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor (QPS/SKYPOD Area) for the Phillipsburg, NJ site on 2nd shift. Schedule: Monday–Saturday 1:00 PM–9:30 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with starting pay of $23–$28 hourly based on experience.

The role entails directing warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving safe, compliant performance. Conversion to a permanent client hire after 90 days is possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field
• 2–5 years of distribution/warehouse operations experience, including prior team lead or supervisory experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
• Computer skills including AS-400, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional, positive, motivated demeanor
• Bilingual English/Spanish (speaking/reading/writing) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct warehouse staff using sound warehouse operating principles and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations
• Monitor team performance to support timely pick-ups, deliveries, and transfers with excellent customer service and zero damages/losses
• Maintain inventory controls and records to support inventory accuracy
• Conduct cycle counts on a predetermined schedule
• Document, record, and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner
• Train warehouse staff on effective operations, safety, and security
• Maintain a positive employee relations environment aligned with company policies
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly paperwork on time
• Recommend daily staffing levels based on volume
• Perform other duties as required
