Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years supervising experience or leading a team in a shipping and receiving environment.
• Good communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules and ensure those schedules are implemented properly.
• Schedule PTO requests while ensuring staffing.
• Administer performance evaluations and associate development.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Apply corrective actions for safety, quality, or attendance issues.
• Supervise unloading, stacking, picking, and staging of outbound shipments.
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork and counts.
• Complete orders in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ensure safe usage of MHE and coordinate training.
• Maintain cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Coordinate and complete routine inventory counts.
• Prepare records and reports; analyze daily production metrics.
