Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in warehouse ops; 1+ year in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of order picking, inventory systems, and safety standards.
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS, and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pickers/selectors on shifts.
• Monitor performance for accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff on picking techniques and safety.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate goals and updates.
• Assist with shift scheduling and task assignments.
• Perform quality checks on picked and packed orders.
• Identify and resolve issues to prevent delays or errors.
• Collaborate with warehouse management, inventory, shipping, and other departments.
• Monitor equipment usage and request maintenance as needed.
• Enforce safety guidelines and report incidents.
