Job summary

Ben-E.-Keith is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Night) to direct and manage the selection and loading of BEK products, ensuring warehouse efficiency and safety. You will oversee the night shift, coordinate workload, and monitor dock operations to keep productivity high.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehousing, with preferred food service or manufacturing experience. Strong leadership, communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.

• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret rules/guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Good computer skills; ability to learn internal applications.

• Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot).

• Monitor dock and forklift operations to ensure consistent operational efficiency of the warehouse.
• Complete appropriate management tasks to maintain a productive and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Supervise duties for night warehouse personnel.
• Conduct performance appraisals as directed.
• Provide feedback and assistance to direct reports.
