Job summary

GigaCloud Technology is seeking a Warehouse management trainee to join our growing team in New Jersey. The role supports the Warehouse Manager in hiring, training, and daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy of shipments and records. Bilingual English/Chinese is required for collaboration with global teams.

You will participate in staffing decisions, optimize workflows, and help enforce safety policies while developing foundational leadership skills for a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Tech skills: Microsoft Office; familiar with UPS and FedEx services.
• Effective communication within management and team members.
• Bilingual: English and Chinese required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Conducts physical inventory and reconciles with computerized records.
• Ensures shipments and inventory transactions are accurate.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Identify areas of improvement and adjust procedures.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

We operate a fast-growing B2B marketplace specializing in large-parcel cloud fulfillment and dropshipping solutions. The headquarters is in the City of El Monte. We specialized in large item cloud fulfillment and drop shipping. We are growing our warehouse and logistics department and are looking for Warehouse management trainees to joint our fast-growing team immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees
• Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirement

• Associate/bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices
• Technical Skills: Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with UPS and FedEx delivery services.
• Organizational Awareness: Ability to communicate effectively within internal management group, team members
