Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who do not meet standards.
3. Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and career advancement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
