Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Medley, FL to lead a warehouse team, oversee loading/unloading, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations. The role emphasizes accurate inventory handling, adherence to procedures, and staff development.

The candidate will coordinate with drivers and agents, manage RF scanning, and maintain compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced environment, while supporting a strong team culture at Maersk Ground Freight.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of warehouse leadership experience
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions
• Must be able to work well with others and in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee a warehouse team and delegate tasks to Warehouse Agents.
• Load and unload materials using hand trucks, reach trucks, or forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure OSHA/TSA guidelines are followed.
• Record discrepancies in loads against manifests and update the system.
