Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Inventory Supervisor in the United States to lead warehouse operations, supervise 20+ staff, and coordinate inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.

You will plan staffing, assign duties, maintain procedures, and work with Inventory Control to improve accuracy while overseeing payroll and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in warehouse management, and DOT regulations knowledge; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Experience with DOT regulations.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of 20+ warehouse employees.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Manage staffing needs and assign duties based on workload.
• Oversee payroll for the department and ensure proper procedures.
• Ensure safety procedures and resolve employee grievances.
