Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our on-site warehouse team in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on coaching staff, achieving performance goals, and maintaining a safe work environment to support our construction supply operations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in warehousing or related leadership roles, forklift experience, and strong attention to detail. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth and stability with White Cap.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
Forklift experience preferred.
Leadership experience is desirable.
Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and other policies & procedures.
Ensures a safe working environment for all associates, including championing safety programs and initiatives.
Assists in the warehouse as needed.
Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand 60 minutes or more.
May act as a manager and perform other duties as assigned.
