White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, storage, and shipping operations at our on-site facility in Texas. You will establish procedures, manage safety programs, review orders, and coordinate logistics to meet peak delivery demands.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of products and materials.
• Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Review work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and issue work assignments.
• Lead a team of warehouse personnel engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.
• Schedule pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
• Prepare or direct preparation of reports, and operations maintenance and safety manuals.
• Operate or oversee operation of a company vehicle or personal vehicle as required (MVR check).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
