Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in San Antonio, TX. You will lead daily warehouse operations, oversee material handling, packaging for shipping, and ensure safety and quality standards are followed on the job floor.

Responsibilities include PIT operation, inventory accuracy, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Strong communication and math skills help drive efficiency and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree with 2+ years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalency or combination of education and experience accepted.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• PIT certification or proficiency; current certification a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Experience reading safety and operating instructions is needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions in English.
• Write routine reports and correspondence as required.
• Handle basic mathematical calculations for inventory and measurements.
• Operate PIT equipment: stand up, reach truck, order picker and sit-down propane forklift.
• Verify and package product for shipping and stage products for loading.
• Move materials to warehouse storage and unload deliveries.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow SOPs and OSHA standards.
• Perform daily PIT logs and other duties as assigned.
