Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping, receiving and PIT equipment. You will ensure accuracy, safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic math, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds; six months of related experience or education is preferred. On-site work with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months or more related experience and/or education.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PIT proficiency and current certification are a plus.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and small parts.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong reading/writing and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and package product for shipping; stage product for loading.
• Load/unload product from trucks and move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate according to SOPs and OSHA safety standards.
• Complete daily PIT logs and perform quality control.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
