Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Stevens Point, WI facility, reporting to the Operations team. You will lead, develop, and support high-performing teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and accuracy in inventory and shipments.

Responsibilities include supervising direct reports, coordinating inbound/outbound processes, planning schedules, and tracking performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in cold or dry storage environments with PPE.
• Capable of lifting minimum 40 lbs and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and organize merchandise and inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time records.
• Generate and send reports to plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, records, andPurchasing to ensure product availability.
