Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to drive productivity at Pilot warehouse locations. You will lead teams, train staff, and perform performance reviews while applying data-driven decisions to optimize operations and inventory control.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, weekend scheduling, and coordinating loading/unloading with accurate dock checks and customer service support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• 3+ years experience leading people.
• 3+ years forklift operation with certification.
• HS diploma required; BA preferred or 3+ years in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain warehouse operations.
• Enforce safety and security improvements.
• Maintain operations and policies.
• Work variable hours including weekends.
• Use RF scanners to improve inventory accuracy.
• Handle injuries and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Foster cooperative work climate and morale.
• Oversee loading/unloading and labeling.
• Maintain dock checks and customer service data.
