Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; strong Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling.
• Supervise and develop warehouse employees; drive process improvements and lean initiatives.
• Monitor staffing, workflow, and scheduling to meet production and delivery goals; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records, SOPs, and required documentation; partner with leadership and other departments.
