The ideal candidate will need strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining safety and productivity within a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree or significant supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehousing is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
