Job summary

BlueLinx Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in Charlotte and surrounding areas. You will drive accuracy in receiving, storage, and shipping while fostering a high-performing team and safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in logistics with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of inventory control, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience in warehousing, 1+ year supervisory preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other logistics tools.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities.
• Develop and uphold safety programs per OSHA/DOT regulations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
