Job summary

Cencora in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and controlled substances handling, and ensure safety and DEA compliance. You will direct workflow, coach staff, monitor performance, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with cages/vault personnel to meet delivery goals.

This on-site role requires extended hours and weekend on-call as needed.

Qualifications

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration or similar; typically a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; knowledge of warehouse operations and safety rules.

Responsibilities

Directs the workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates.
Monitors work processes and suggests modifications to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy.
Supports compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations; coaches employees for development.
Oversees receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and control-substance handling with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintains records of delivery processes, routes, and order filling; ensures on-time shipments.
