Job summary

McNaughton McKay Group is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control and order fulfillment. You will coordinate staffing with the Operations Manager and mentor staff to maintain safety, quality, and productivity across the team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, plus experience with warehouse software and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate staffing with Operations Manager and supervise warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met and reported.
