Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving supervisor role.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt to variable work demands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and assignment of work for efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• Maintain inventory and set inventory levels based on usage and demand.
• Receive shipments and enter tracking information for disbursement.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality; reject undesired items.
• Supervise warehouse and inventory security and upkeep.
• Assist in ordering from site vendors as needed.
