Job summary

Niagara Bottling Reading is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and supervise warehouse workers in a fast‑ paced, safety‑driven environment.

The role ensures accuracy of inventory, coordinates with production and purchasing, trains new staff, and maintains a clean, orderly, and safe facility.

Ability to manage staffing, respond to issues, and partner with maintenance and outside vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 4 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Experience coordinating with production, sales, records control, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations and supervises warehouse workers.
• Enforces procedures for inbound/outbound shipments and inventory updates.
• Inspects equipment and coordinates repairs with vendors.
• Trains new employees and manages staffing to cover attendance.
• Maintains clean, safe, and orderly warehouse and supports safety planning.
• Reports issues to management and coordinates with production.
