Job summary

Altro Americas in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receipt, storage, distribution, and quality control of flooring materials. Lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure safe and efficient operations, and maintain inventory accuracy.

This full-time role requires leadership, experience in warehouse operations, knowledge of WMS, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably construction/building materials.
• Strong knowledge of walling and flooring materials and related terms.
• Proficient with WMS and related technology; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and supervise cycle counts.
• Implement SOPs to optimize workflow and safety.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service.
